About the Journal
The International Journal of Biblical Research Studies (IJBRS) is a peer-reviewed academic journal committed to advancing rigorous scholarship conducted from a Scripture-governed framework. The journal upholds the Bible as the primary source, interpretive authority, and final standard for truth in all research endeavors.
Scope of Submissions- Biblical Research — Exegesis, hermeneutics, scriptural review methodology
- Biblical-Theological Research — Progressive revelation, redemptive-historical analysis
- Theological Research — Systematic theology, doctrinal ethics, applied theology
- Biblical and Theological Education Research ___ learning theory, methods and methodology, etc.
- Scripture-governed Interdisciplinary Research — Science, social sciences, technology, Ai, arts, Humanities, etc. All must be scripturally grounded and governed.
- Manuscripts must be original and unpublished
- Use SBL citation style
- Include Abstract (150–250 words), thesis statement, structured sections, and references
- Full Article: 3,000–8,000 words | Research Note: 1,500–3,000 words
- Bible version default: KJV, except otherwise indicated
